How to properly credit licensed material

I am making my first game and starting to add sound effects and music. I got a song that has this license:

Basically I need to give credit and provide a link to the license

I have a credits page with the name of the song, author and the type of license. but I am unclear on how you would provide a link to the license in a video game, how is this normally done/where are links to licenses normally stored in a video game?
